Went for a guided tour and it comes with a breakfast! The tour guide mentioned that the Vatican has their own farm and the have 80 cows. The milk use for the cappuccino is organic from their cows; and so are the eggs.

The servings are too much! I must have just ate a tiny fraction of it. I wish I could pack it and give to the homeless people outside.
