Tiramisu & Fresh Pasta


I attended this class with Chef Paula – she works at four seasons hotel! I learned so many tips and tricks on how to make tiramisu, fresh pasta, pesto sauce and butter and safe sauce; and pumpkin fillings .

Then Chef Paula served all of these dishes and dessert with red wine in her beautiful dining room!

The best part too is we made new friends from each other and of course, I had to share Project PEARLS mission.

  1. Well… you will have to show your new cooking skills when you come back to Manila and cook for all the PP volunteers. You can already start shipping the bottles of red wine to me. Will keep good care of them before your banquet ! Can’t wait !
