We made fresh pasta and learned how to make them into farfalle, the ribbon shape with pistachio pesto; then ravioli with ricotta and spinach filling with nutmeg and butter sage sauce; then fettuccine with ragu sauce !
And we ate what we made; they served us Prosecco, Chardonnay, Tiramisu and Espresso!
The two Nonnas or grandmothers! There is a another nonna but I wasn’t able to take a pic; she’s always on the move doing a lot ! They are all fun! The oldest is nonna NERINA- she’s the matriarch of the family and the kitchen boss 🙂 !
